Technical Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, you will work with customers, third-party partners, and a variety of internal resources and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technical solutions. The Solutions Architect may be brought in as early as pre-sales or with an existing customer who is seeking a custom function, view, integration or other specific need that cannot be met with out-of-the box functionality of our products. You should be comfortable talking with all roles and levels within the organization with a passionate pursuit to deliver the best end-to-end solution possible including:

• Using a strong experience in technology this user will have to utilize out-of-the-box thinking to come up with new ways of solving challenges
• Responsible for managing the implementation of these solutions from idea all the way through implementation and launch
• Ongoing relationships with strategic clients that include overall technical awareness and the ability to consult with technical prowess for both solutions and support
• Comfortable in a leadership or supportive role as the initiative dictates and be happy to collaborate with products, engineering, support, sales and customer success to exceed customer expectations
• Ready to take on large scale challenges in the pursuit of new and creative deliverables of the products and services that Mediafly provides
• Able to drive the full process of software development with solution engineering while managing all phases and aspects of deployments that meet the timeline, budget and needs of the project

Qualifications :

• Experience in business analysis, process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture, and project management.
• 5+ years working using SAAS and online related technologies to deliver on solutions working with small and and large scale business solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
• Core ability to fulfill project management roles including handling complex timelines of multiple streams of work.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills while remaining detail-oriented.
• Gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and across organizational levels in global geographies.
• To be successful you are self-motivated; driven to achieve and exceed expectations

Nice to Have :

• Good Knowledge of AWS.
• Skilled in technical integrations.
• BS degree in computer science or information management plus 7+ years of experience, or MS degree plus 5+ years, or equivalent.
