Quality Systems Engineer

As a Quality Systems Engineer the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Directly support the implementation and improvement of our Quality Systems and collaterals associated to ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
• Support all the activities related to a Document Control Operation that include the transfer of specs from different locations to a local operation. This transfer includes the different steps that guarantee that the specs can be used and applied by local users.

Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Quality Systems Management in Electronics and/or Similar Industry
• 2+ years of experience working in Multidisciplinary / Multicultural Teams.
• 2+ years of experience in Document Management activities.
• Highly Proactive and with good problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English Level.
• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with ISO9001:20015 requirements and auditing is a strong plus
