Job Description :

  • 3M is seeking a Point of Sales (POS) Analyst.

  • This position follows a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within Point of Sale areas. Working tasks might include:

  • End Customer Conditioning.

  • Material Conditioning.

  • Unit of Measure Validation.

  • Out of Tolerance Price Validation.

  • Escalate Outstanding scenarios and Case Follow up through Salesforce.

  • ShapeClaim Posting.

  • Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works Independently and outputs are reviewed periodically while in progress. The work priorities are defined with the manager/supervisor

  • Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity. Uses basic analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, conclude and assess alternative methods. Most complex problem solving may require the use of increased judgment to handle some variations in conditions or operations, making decisions based on selecting from alternative courses of action using greater adaptation to circumstances when necessary.

  • Participates in customer meetings to identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction, communication, and efficiency

  • Analyzes recommendations and suggests alternative solutions to meet customer needs and/or account specific needs.

  • Decisions or actions may impact the operational effectiveness of work operations or goal performance.

  • Perform Claim conditioning duties including verifying information using trusted sources to determine the right course of action.

  • Interactions are focused on data cleansing and data validation.

  • Review price information using billing history, purchase history, and determine solutions upon the case and escalate outstanding scenarios.

  • Primary contacts are internal 3M Workers.

  • Skills and Expertise:

  • Ability to articulate/demonstrate complex reasoning skills

  • Detail oriented/accurate and thorough

  • Ability to analyze and problem solve

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow documented instructions is highly required

  • Good communication skills

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advance English level B2+ is required

  • A Technical or Bachelor level University degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or a minimum of 1+ years of relevant working experience is required.

  • Knowledge of several CRMs like SAP, Salesforce.

  • 1+ years of Experience with Microsoft Excel including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables.

  • Basic knowledge of theories and practices, applied within Customer Service (such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics).
