Sr. Recruiting Sourcer

Micro Focus is growing! We are hiring a Sr Recruiting Sourcer to join our Americas Talent Acquisition Team.

What kind of work would you be doing?

You will be play a key role in finding exceptional talent to join Micro Focus across the US, Canada and LATAM regions.

Some skills and experience that we are looking for are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
• Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
