Accounts Payable Assistant

Join our global TUI Musement Team in Costa Rica as Account Payable Assistant. Your mission will be to work with the lead of accounting team to generate reports and records of the highest integrity and improve the process. ABOUT THE JOB Responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable functions Receiving, tracking and recording invoices, and processing payments Responsible for executing and analysing all transactions related to the process of processing invoices, credit notes, advances, reimbursements and their respective adjustments so that the information is recorded in a timely manner in accordance with the IFRS´ regulation ABOUT YOU Medium accounting technician / or a higher accounting qualification would be advantageous Finance and accounting professional knowledge and experience in the accounting department in general Desired experience in accounts payable, records, payments, account reconciliation and other functions related to the department Organisational and teamwork skills in a way that drives our continued success A service quality mindset with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency Someone who never stops looking forward, looking for new ways to delight our customers and grow our business ABOUT OUR OFFER Competitive salary and benefits as standard Career progression opportunities in more than 50 countries worldwide Develop yourself as part of a friendly, richly diverse and virtual international team Exceptional approach to your learning - access to free learning platforms & language lessons TUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business.
