Debug Technician_ Role & Responsibilities - Assist Lab Governance Activities Attend to different customer’s requirements on daily goals. Execute Lab procedures. Conducts Bench Test Measurements, Extract VCC continuity/IV curves. - Conducts Sample Preparation, execute CRFA procedure for Sample Prep processes. - Conducts Sample Die-thinning, execute procedure for Die-thinning processes. - Conducts Optical Inspections, execute CRFA procedure for Optical Inspection processes. - Uses different Inventory Management Systems, general move-ins/outs (tools, collaterals, and consumables), assist users with inventory discrepancies resolution processes to keep good traceability indicators. - Conducts Lab Housekeeping, Monitor and work with the Lab owners to fix sources of potential incidents related to the lab environment. - Help with Safety activities, Assist Safety meetings, participate in Safety Audits, and collaborate on issue resolution. Critical Skills: - Multitasking, Time Management, Customer Service - RLC concepts, Ohm’s law, frequency, diodes, transistor. - Hands-on experience with Multimeters, oscilloscopes, and Power Sources. Good at troubleshooting. - Attention to detail. Concepts =? Chemical-mechanical planarization, materials polishing - Optical microscopy and imaging digitization principles. - Safety Knowledge Nice to Have: PCB fixing, soldering knowledge, HDMT (Intel tool), other Intel tools. CNC (G-code), Thermal concepts. CNC (G-code), Optical microscopy. Supply chain experience. Kaizen, 5s, or other techniques. Occupational Health HS diploma or GED equivalent required.
