Traffic Agent

This role is located in Costa Rica and requires all applicants to already have the rights to live and work in Costa Rica before applying.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Planning, organization & operation of services such as transfer in, transfer out, transfers between hotels, tours, charter operation, and cruise line operation, airport Meet & Greets welcome letters, or guest travel documents.
• Make transportation quotes for the reservations and quotes department before clients arrive in the country.
• Guest support through our guest service support line.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams

ABOUT YOU

• Experience organizing and planning
• Experience in the tourism business.
• Knowledge of the tourist product of Costa Rica (excursions, transportation, routes, times, weather, etc).
• Responsible, orderly resolute capacity, availability, and customer service.
• Microsoft office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Outgoing, proactive, and well-organized.
• Able to work under intense pressure scenarios.
• Good communication, verbal, and written English, and extra European language would be advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively on tight timetables or deadlines
• Pro-active guest service mindset with a clear focus on quality and efficiency Open to learning, growing and driving your career while spreading smiles across the globe
• Open to multiple work hours (morning or afternoon and weekends).
