We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Technology/Workplace Services team. The Workplace Services team is passionate about crafting and deploying enterprise end user technology and services to transform the business by delivering simple, modern and innovative technology solutions to drive teamwork and efficiency for Moody’s global employee population of 16,000. - Deliver and maintain the Workplace Services roadmap and strategy for end user products/services. Key domains include collaboration, message and mobility, desktop engineering and desktop support services. - Implement robust project management plan and responsible for ongoing tracking and maintaining roadmap with regular updates to senior management. - Develop in-depth understanding on relevant new technologies, market trends and user needs to be able to identify new product opportunities and/or product enhancements. - Responsible for product deployment, adoption, and standardization to improve and streamline user experience. - Drive product management and lifecycle approach and processes with key technology partners (engineers, cyber security, architects, etc.) - Maintain a solid understanding of CIT's product portfolio, strategies, internal market dynamics. Ability to build user stories, journey maps, etc. - Design and manage pilot programs, training, product marketing and communications for end user products. - Strong reporting skills to demonstrate adoption growth, risks, and current state of affairs for Workplace Services. - Develop and deliver presentations to end users, business partners, sr. leaders and executives. Facilitate the development of reasons to support product portfolio investments. - Actively manage and support business partners. Business & vendor relationship management. SKILLS: - Strong experience conducting end user forums (meet with business and summarize difficulties to find opportunities to improve EUX) - Strong user journey experience - Design end user communication plans - Strong experience developing executive level presentations and storytelling - Experience supporting Enterprise products (e.g. O365, Slack, Trello) - Development of in-depth understanding on relevant new technologies, market trends and clients’ needs to be able to identify new business opportunities and/or product enhancements - Maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle management - Actively manage and support Customers of all levels - Design and manage beta/pilot programs for end user products - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Minimum education and work experience required for this position include: - Graduate/undergraduate degree in information management/technology, or related field preferred. - Experience in financial services is preferred. The following are the key competencies for this position: - Understanding of product development standard methodologies. - Should possess strong relationship building, leadership and team management skills. - Familiar with enterprise tools such as M365, Slack, Zoom, etc. - Experience with creating internal/employee communications - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation abilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle and industry standard methodologies. - Able to effectively identify areas for improvements, and spot and call out risks in a timely manner.
