Job Description : General Job Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP Marketing Cloud user information, identifying and mapping relevant user attributes such as contact information, purchase history, and behavioral data
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing efforts
  • Manage and administer SAP Marketing cloud system, including troubleshooting technical issues and training team members on best practices

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Computer Science fields
  • Skills/technical degree in marketing/digital is a plus
  • Analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies
  • 1-3 years experience in managing marketing CRM systems and administration (SAP/Hybris)
  • Understanding of user segmentation strategy to influence user behavior and lifetime value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to inform and align with business stakeholders
  • English proficiency (90%)
