Market to Cash Sr. PMO

As a Global MTC PMO Lead in Enterprise Customer Operations, you will be responsible for key project management initiatives. This role will be strategic, work across Market to Cash processes, and interact closely with the ECO, BG CO, and other teams. The person chosen for this role should be a leader, with strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

Here, you will make an impact by :

• Overall project management of multiple (5+) pricing projects with overlapping timelines and, in many cases, stakeholders / team participants
• Manage cross-functional leadership interactions, including with BG finance, operation leaders (BGCO, BG CMO, ECO), and MTC process leaders (Market to Order, Order to Cash, etc.)
• Create and maintain project management tools such as Gantt charts, resource lists, and timelines
• Manage E2E project documentation, access to data sources, and PM sites.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings; document participants, decisions, and action items
• Manage deliverables, including following up with key stakeholders to meet input and decision deadlines and milestones
• Document results and ensure on-time approvals

Your Skills and Expertise :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership roles in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or related fields
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Proven track record in managing concurrent projects with tight deadlines in a global setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and self-motivated skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, MS Project/Visio.
