What this job involves : Project Management : An essential part of your role will involve managing digital operations on projects, responding to stakeholder request, project scoping, keeping stakeholders updated on project status & ensuring delivery within SLAs. Alongside, you will also interpret briefs, ensure complete details are there for the team to initiate work, and maintain reports and records of all invoices and billings. You will also be expected to flag & escalate issues on time & update the team issues log. Relationship Building : The process of workflow coordination involves building strong relationships with requestors & stakeholders through active communication on projects, seeking queries, setting expectations early and providing a smooth experience through the project delivery. You will have to liaison closely with the internal teams, facilitate kick-off calls on complex projects and make sure key milestones are documented. Reporting : Managing operations requires visibility into the overall workflow across the teams. You will be working with data on the workflow management tool to help create daily, weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports for stakeholders and internal teams. Creative Operations : You will be working on projects with various design collaterals. You will be expected to have a sound understanding of design guidelines, principles and of scoping timelines. You will be the liaison with the requestors to understanding their creative requirements better. Managing projects independently will be a part of your role. Operational Updates : You will be the owner of the operations keeping track of capacity, volume of work, maintaining dashboards and sharing updates and suggestions to team leads and stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams for root cause analysis on feedback and frequent updates of issue logs. Process & Data : You need to have great organizational skills to plan, prioritize and deliver multiple projects through the day. To succeed in the role, it is essential that you understand process, adhere to them and recommend improvements from time to time.

Sound like you?

Bachelor’s or Licenciatura degree as a minimum. 3+ years of experience of having managed creative operations in an agency or a service delivery set-up. You must have an eye for detail to review design outputs and find issues related to brand and consistency. A basic knowledge using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop along with the good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing. Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment. You have the ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet JLL’s aggressive business and deal completion goals. Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage. Experience working with cross-functional teams such as digital, design etc. will be an added advantage.
