Summary The position is responsible for accurately and timely processing AP invoices. This position processes vendor invoices from a variety of sources. The Coordinator is expected to streamline the current process and incorporate accuracy and timeliness measures. This position will also process all AP credits and rebills for our retail and transportation business. This position will also have the responsibility to resolve issues with vendors when necessary. Key Responsibilities - Daily processing AP invoices for fuel and freight deliveries. - Review and verify of all supporting documents related to supplier invoices - Collaboration with other WFS Inc departments to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of exception conditions - Point of contact to internal and third-party carriers, ensuring timely receipt of invoices - Keep management apprised of issues and concerns while responding timely and accurately. - Maintain reports and logs intended to ensure completeness of incoming data, track status of exceptions, ensure regulatory compliance. - Coordinate cross functionally to improve the department’s efficiency and effectiveness - Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement - Other Duties as assigned. - Requirements - Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word - Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-cultural environment - Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills - Excellent English level (B2 or higher) - Good Excel Knowledge - Must have a well develop skill of attention to detail - Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business - Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
