Title: Solution Engineer Sr (Maximo)

Location: Costa Rica

Duration: 12 Months

Support Responsibilities : The services may include but not limited to below activities.

  • Perform hands-on analysis, troubleshooting, testing and implementation of Maximo defects/enhancements/user-stories;
  • Participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and ensure the business requirements are complete, detailed and avoid the solution directions;
  • Participate in developing and confirming solution and clarifying requirements;
  • Perform testing for enhancements and defect fixes prior to business acceptance testing;
  • Perform or participate in root cause analysis, defect analysis and defect trend analysis for critical business issues to help identify the root causes for complex and frequent problems and help stabilize Maximo environment at the earliest;
  • Follow the usual scrum model and be aligned to the team/squad activities, periodic delivery schedule and practices.
  • Support areas will include: Production Support(OM Service Now, Capital defects/enhancements), Renewables, Test Case Automations, KYPCO Sale support, process documentation & improvement, new site onboarding, payroll support, and plant retirement tasks.
