You will be leveraging Akamai's platform to support customers and partners with Zero Trust Security. You will work with the Channels team in designing, creating and delivering Advanced Training on enterprise products. Constant learning opportunities to master your enterprise expertise, influence processes and suggest quality improvements.
As a Solutions Architect II, you will be responsible for:
- Mentoring Akamai Partners by providing expert level guidance. Showing the differentiated value of Akamai products to customers across industries
- Owning the technical aspects of POC (configuration, debugging, testing, go-live) of our Enterprise and other Solutions
- Analyzing customer traffic as well as systems and implement Akamai Enterprise solutions to address customers' needs
- Collaborating with the cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support new implementation Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have good understanding of proxies and Content Delivery Network (CDN) technologies
- Have basic understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, LDAP, SAML. Exposure to layer 3 / 4 technologies
- Be able to handle sniffing tools like Fiddler and Wireshark. Experience with technologies like Firewalls, Microsoft AD, Domain controller, IDP, SSO
- Be Implementing configuration changes and troubleshooting complex cloud architectures such as VmWare, AWS, OpenStack, GoogleCloud etc.
- Be a good team player with excellent business writing, presentation, training and communication skills
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgement, solid decision making and contingency planning.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate detailed technical information. Work in a way that works for you
