  • As a Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives to deliver project objectives for medium to large-sized agile projects and be responsible for coaching and assisting key business users (product owners) with backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization. As part of Equifax's Global Consumer Systems team, you will mentor teams and ensure the correct use of the scrum process. _

What you’ll do :

  • Responsible for running multiple Scrum teams made up of 7-9 members each which include software developers, QA engineers, and a product owner.
  • Reporting on the team's status, removing impediments to the team's progress, and facilitating Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives, and Daily Standup meetings for each team.
  • Responsible for identifying sprint and project risks and offering any potential mitigation strategies
  • Track metrics of team progress, and productivity and use the metrics to help the team get better
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release scheduling

What experience you need :

  • 3-4 years of IT project management experience
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in coaching/leading teams
  • 2-3 years of experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with Lean and Kanban process improvements
  • English Proficiency (BELT B2+ level)

  • Scrum Master Certification, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, or SAFe Practitioner
