  • The main purpose of this role is to provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers on various low-medium complexity analytical reports and facilitate data enabled decision making by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
  • Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs
  • Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
  • Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order. On-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines
  • Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports.
  • Collaborate on capture, design and assessment on strategic initiatives processes. Focus on build and develop those initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local teams on boarding and roles assigned related to build and follow up
  • Periodic processes and approvals review: revalidate and renew regulation and guidelines during initiative implementation time (monthly and annual frequency), update processes and approval new processes required

Minimum requirements

  • Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Advertising or similar degree
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Operations management and execution project management
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge in Alteryx, Tableau, Data Science
