Team overview and job responsibilities We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Intern to join our Marketing and Communication team. Based in Heredia - Costa Rica, some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. Tasks And Responsibilities - Support marketing, merchandising and propose creative solutions to business strategies and affiliated programs to promote products and services through traditional or digital channels to increase exposure to the target audience - Supports the implementation of marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness - Uses specific marketing strategies and collaborates on media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in a business sector - Implements marketing materials to meet strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams - Assists with the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects - Assists with the planning, development and execution of trades shows and events. - Supports purchasing process according to annual budget.
