Noc Technical Support Analyst L1

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must). :

  • CCNA modules completed. :

  • Knowledge of Cisco OS, network management and monitoring (must). :

  • Knowledge of routing and switching. :

  • Experience with LAN and WAN. :

  • Knowledge in Cisco Collaboration technologies (IP phone).

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Nagios.

  • Basic knowledge of information security and Windows server technologies.

  • ITIL Foundations (desirable).

  • Experience with Ticketing systems (desirable).

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Schedule Flexibility

Responsibilities :

  • Manage IT operations and network equipment such as switches, firewalls and access points.
  • Provide support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.
  • Function as an escalation point for incidents not resolved by the NOC.
  • Escalate incidents to higher levels if no solution is found within the service level margins.
  • Configure, deploy, and support all networking components.
  • Manage technology providers that implement solutions.
  • Manage, complete, verify and restore backups.
  • Manage platform availability and capacity.
  • Manage requirements, problems, incidents, and data environments.
  • Write and keep updated the technical documentation of the network environment.
  • Comply with Service Level Agreements for resolution and/or escalation of cases.
