Ensure adequate communication of internal personnel by channeling calls through the telephone exchange, at the same time serving the public in their different requirements.

Academic requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in middle education. Executive Secretary course or customer service agent. Customer Service Course. 85% proficiency in the English language.

Years of experience: 1 years of experience in similar positions.

Responsabilidade primordiales del puesto):

  1. Receive, attend and refer the public that requests information, giving them the required guidance, and internal users.
  2. Attention of the telephone exchange in a timely manner.
  3. Write down in daily control books the calls made and received by the personnel.
  4. Receive and refer inquiries to the competent areas
  5. Collaborate in registering the entry of the public and / or internal users to the buildings and / or sectors by verifying their identity.
  6. Receive correspondence and messages addressed to the unit.
  7. Write down the messages addressed to the different people and sections of the unit.
  8. Deliver the correspondence received to the different people and sections, as well as the messages received.
  9. Keep equipment and work site in order, reporting any anomaly.
  10. File of documents.
  11. Any other function assigned to it.
