We are looking for a Planning & Forecasting Analyst with forecasting skills and finance acumen to support CCC and Plan processes, grow capabilities and deliver exceptional financial support to in-market Finance teams.

Success in the role requires the ability to manage different GSK systems, conduct meaningful financial analysis, think critically, positively challenge and influence key stakeholders. You will be instrumental in producing robust forecasts, insightful management information, and proactively identifying opportunities, and securing return on investments.

Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Deliver the Monthly Core Commercial cycle, managing multifunctional finance team aiming to recollect, analyze and upload final Forecast in the System.
  • Deliver CCC executive presentation with key Finance KPIs to the Canada LT
  • Support Business Partners in the development, alignment and reporting of the 3-year plan on regards to the Operational expenses and Topline ambition.
  • Understand variances between actuals and plans.
  • Provide insightful intelligence on business performance drivers, identify risks, and propose interventions to meet targets.
  • Support the end-to-end process related to the MPR (Monthly Performance Review).
  • Preparing internal management reports and support decision making.
  • Support requests from Regional Finance team.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • University degree in Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, manage large databases)
  • Knowledge of diverse financial software.
  • Understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Strong skills in modelling, analysis, forecasting, strategic/scenario planning, decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in P&F.
