HR Advisor (Temporary)

In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to :

• As the first point of contact for HR support in the America region for current and former employees, the primary responsibility is to resolve questions and issues related to employee benefits and other employee programs.
• This will require extensive research of relevant guidelines while also staying actively engaged with the employee to ensure they are handled with care and concern during the entire process.
• All team members are encouraged to share ideas to continuously help improve the organization by improving processes customer engagement and cross organizational collaboration.

**This is a temporary position of 6 months. Days off: Wednesday and Thursday.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

• Advanced student of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Advanced English level written and verbal.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with HR tools such as Workday Service Now SQL.
• Proficient in MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
