Job Description : The HR Generalist works closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. This professional will provide advice to leadership regarding best practices to maximize employee efficiencies.

Professional that supports the business looking for initiatives and HR strategies to increase the productivity and employees’ efficiency. Perform in multiple areas of Human Resources, such as: talent administration, compensation and benefits, legal advice, engagement, internal policies, corporate programs such as: performance, career pathing and development, employee and engagement surveys, special projects - local and corporate projects-, employee´s administration and labor relationships.

Key responsibilities :

  • Liaison between HR partners of US and Costa Rica to support their operations in our site.
  • Lead of implementation of Global HR strategy and best practices from HR US to Costa Rica.
  • Point of contact as back -up of the HR Director. with attorneys, insurance broker, governmental institution and other to ensure the correct operation of these services.
  • Provide advice upon request and needs on those concepts of related disciplinary actions, talent management and labor relations.
  • Support in the educational process for local and remote managers in regards CR policies and local labor norms.
  • Deliver the new employee orientation and on boarding process according with local needs and aligning this with corporate model and philosophy; acting as trainer could be required in the speech of NEO.
  • Investigate further when there is any red flag coming out of the exit interview process to give feedback to local, remote leads and TA.
  • Support performance process, partnering with NA HRBPs, to foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management
  • Lead and work with C&B team about market research to review current salaries administration and benefits to make sure we are competitive
  • Establish in coordination with the Site Manager and HR Director the action plan for global people surveys, GPTW, or other that could impact employees’ engagement or work environment.
  • Cascade training and information to managers and employees according to business needs and company strategy.
  • Proactive and participating ambassador with HR Corporate projects such as social responsibility, DEI, BCP, ERGs, etc.
  • Lead some projects and processes in coordination with the HR Director.

Qualifications : Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration or career related.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position as HR Generalist or HR job position with similar level
  • Knowledge in HR general core processes, such as: organizational development, engagement and culture, talent management.
  • Prevoius experience working at multinational companies will be a plus
  • Desirable knowledge of the market, HR best practices and trends
  • Advanced in verbal and writing English skills.
