Team Overview and Job responsibilities As Product Development Manager, you will be based on Heredia, Costa Rica, serving Central America and Caribbean Region. The mission of the position is supporting the implementation of a product category management approach; supports the development of operative pricing guidelines and oversee the product category commercial performance collecting data and calculating and analyzing sales KPIs. This position reports to the Commercial Director. Main responsibilities: - Support local Commercial organizations providing market intelligence information (market trends and competitive scenario monitoring) and goals/objectives follow up for the assigned product lines; - Support trade marketing and logistic/inventory activities; - Provide inputs for the definition of product development roadmaps; - Develops tools and literature for Technical sales support; Who are we looking for?
