Company Description Job Description Position Summary**

The FA Expert Analysis is going to process all assigned Fixed Assets Accounting (FA) transactions from Robert Bosch North America. The accountant will ensure that processes are followed using the standard procedures.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Completing Fixed Assets Accounting daily tasks which includes:

  • Medium complexity account reconciliations

  • Follow Standard Activities / Month-end jobs and steps

  • Risk Management by Escalating issues timely

  • Execute FA DMS Services (Capitalizations, Transfers, Disposals, Sales, Asset Master Data changes, among others).

  • Execute weekly check, such as CO Settlements.

  • Provide customer support through FA general inquire and issue logs with a senior support.

  • Performs all assigned quality checks functions accurately and timely to meet audit deadlines.

  • Provide support to global projects through job shadowing, transaction testing and documenting.

  • Provide support in audit process & Quality checks.

  • Research about solutions, generate, communicate and support the organization by using the Continuous Improvement Philosophy (CIP).

  • Work in a team environment, which involves collaboration and use of team-based methods and tools.

  • Identify issues on a timely manner and provide visibility to the management team when something is going to affect negatively the targets.

  • Reports and addressing customer inquiries with support from Senior

  • Participate to status and planning meetings, both internally and with clients.

  • Attend and/or contribute on trainings (internal).

  • Responsible for documenting processes within own area. Also for updates or changes needed.

  • Perform other functions related to the position.

Qualifications

  • Advanced student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, other career related)
  • Computer skills including MS Office (Excel).
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) and Shared Point platforms preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience within the Fixed Assets or General Accounting area.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Fixed Assets or general ledger accounting tasks (reconciliation, reporting, month end close activities).
  • Experience in a shared service center preferred.
  • Desired but not required experience documenting processes using Visio flowcharts or process maps, etc.
  • English level B2
