Role Summary On the Global Tender & Contract CoE we not only create innovative and tailored made markets solutions that play a critical role for operating the business but we also we support markets with the operations associated to those innovative solutions. The responsibility of the Commercial Operations Analyst is to primarily work as an operation bridge between the Sales/Account Management Team from the US Hospital Organization and other US cross-functional teams for capturing the Price Change Requests (PCR) into a CRM global platform and monitor the execution throughout the E2E process for providing responses to our customers in a timely manner. Additionally, this role will support ad hoc analytics that could trigger the initiation of internal Price Change Requests. Role Responsibilities This position needs to achieve the following activities: - Be a point of contact with the US HBU sales/Account Management team for capturing the PCRs into a CRM global platform.- Run analytics to validate the PCRs before routing the request to the cross functional team’s trough the global platform.- Monitor PCRs gets fully approved/reviewed in a timeline manner by the 5 different US stakeholders’ groups.- Work closely with US HBU Product owner from the global platform for capturing/documenting new enhancements ideas that streamline the PCR processes.- Work closely with the global platform support in case of finding systems challenges on the global platform.- Run pre analysis for initiating Pfizer internal PCRs that be triggered of market opportunistic events.- Be an ambassador of the CRM global platform with US HBU users The above activities will be achieved by having daily interactions with the five different US stakeholders and working with a Global Tender & Contract Platform. Responding in a timeline manner to the customers-initiated PCRs is critical for minimizing the opportunities of losing Pfizer business because of competitor pricing strategies that can sabotage Pfizer contracts. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in business/Industrial Engineering or related field required- 2-3 years experience in related roles such as Customer Service, business analytical.- Fluent in the English Language, both verbally and written (at least C1 is required)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Advanced Excel Skills are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Tableau knowledge- Scrum/ SAFE knowledge- Experience in capturing/documenting business requirements for software solutions.
