Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Support the business unit (BU) in defining the BU's purpose, scope and OKRs
• Help the BU Lead coordinate resourcing with Product Owners and Chapter Leads
• Drive vertical alignment between BU purpose & backlog and the missions and backlogs of the squads
• Facilitate resolution of cross squad dependencies and issues
• Track BU and team level KPI performance & value realization
• Support the preparation for BU level strategy sessions, including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
• Assist the BU Lead with communications on BU progress to key stakeholders
• Manage financials for the tribe by liaising with Finance Business Partners
• Partner with the Agile COE, HR Business Partners and Recruiting to support tribe design, resourcing, and staffing of teams

Requirements :

• 2+ years experience with Agile Scrum framework
• Experience with traditional project management practices including: Project planning, budget tracking, risk management, scope management
• Experience using a workflow management system (ex: JIRA, TFS)
• 2+ years experience working with globally distributed teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build trust with teams and stakeholders to lead via influence
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
• Experience using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and track progress
• Ability to create reports and presentations for senior level executives
• Previous experience working in a consulting environment a plus
• Scrummaster or Project Management certification(s) or evidence of formal training
