Your role You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day team operations ensuring achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and high quality service of customer transactions. Your duties will include the following: - First point of referral for consultation, advice and shared learning within the team.- Tracks and reports on daily/monthly payment activity.- Regular review of processes and departmental structure and planning to accommodate the future growth of business.- Conduct regular team meetings, maintains and improves motivation of all team members.- Develops and maintains effective training plans to ensure continuity of service levels and regulatory requirements.- Responsible for supporting the onboarding of new team members.- Contributes to daily processing of a large volume of electronic payments and conducts banking investigations related to transaction processing. You’ll ideally have the following: - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience within the financial services or payments industry.- Previous supervisory experience preferred.- Proven track record of moderately complex problem solving and decision making ability.- Strong communication skills.- Fluency in English is mandatory.
