We offer robust and scalable solutions that enhance the quality of human capital procurement. Role Description This is a full-time onsite role as a SaaS Sales Representative located in Santa Ana. The Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing new business within assigned vertical markets. They will work closely with prospective clients and internal teams to understand client needs, create solutions, present proposals, and close new business. They will also be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills English Level B2+ minimum. Ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions that meet those needs Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Experience working in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment Ability to travel as needed to client locations or industry events
