SGF Global i s a global leader with over 30 years’ experience providing recruitment solutions. We are hiring a Purchasing/Customer Service to work with a prestigious multinational Management of information technology services and technology consulting.

This position will cover both customer service and purchasing responsibilities. You will enter Engineers' manufacturing orders for spare parts, making quotes for all spare parts inquiries, sending the information to vendors, placing purchasing orders, as well as administrative duties.

  • Salary :459.000 CRC.
  • Contract :for 1 year.
  • Modality :Onsite (Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm).
  • English : B2 (Intermediate - Advanced).

Computer skills required : Data Analyst experience is a plus. Excel (intermediate - advanced).

Desire skill : Maximo is a plus (Not mandatory).

Responsibilities :

  • Answer client's inquiries as soon as possible.
  • Managing predictive maintenance, planning, and scheduling spare parts management.
  • Enters Engineers' manufacturing purchase orders (spare parts).
  • To support the efficiency of the quality management system and its ongoing development.
  • To carry out additional tasks as delegated.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Quality Mindset.
  • Great work ethic.

Minimum Previous Experience :

  • At least 1 year.

Job Types : Full-time, Temporary Contract length: 12 months
