We’re looking for an inspired, motivated, and experienced Data Scientist Engineer to join our team. The Data Scientist is an individual who is curious, intellectually driven, and has a passion for breaking down abstract problems into understandable and measurable parts. Part anthropologist, part mathematician, part hacker, the Data Scientist will help our clients understand the segment of the population that buys their products and the segment that does not. Data scientists don’t have “typical” days -you will be responsible for complex deliverables and be expected to prioritize your team towards the most effective tasks without constant supervision. These may include writing scripts to automate data cleanup, tweaking predictive models, or contributing to a brainstorming session.

In this role, you will :

• Simplify complex business problems into manageable parts that can be quantified and analyzed
• Propose compelling, evidence-based theories that explain trends in metrics
• Work closely with the rest of the MKS and account teams to understand the business context of the account
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry news and analysis techniques
• Help design dashboards and automate reporting with scripts
• Assist in tagging and data infrastructure design
• Design A/B tests and other measurement frameworks
• Represent our discipline, data, and insights to wider teams

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,

You should have :

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 reading, writing, and conversational)
• At least three years experience producing deliverables with either python or R
• Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and market research.
• Working experience with Machine Learning
• At least 3 years experience explaining complex topics to a non-technical audience
• _Proficiency in SQL or other SQL lenguaje; _strong background in creating and maintaining stored procedures in support of ELT functions.

It’s a plus if you have :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge with Tableau or/and Power BI
• Certification any web-based tool used by an account (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
• Most coursework towards a bachelor's degree
• Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
