We are looking for someone who would be part of the Business Support team responsible for use your outstanding data skills to maintain the consistency of databases as Agent Database in Western Union.

Role Responsibilities

  • For this position you will be able to support US and Canada agents in three main areas: Settlement, Commission, and Reporting inquiries. In regard to Settlement: capable to resolve cases involving debits, credits, and refunds.
  • You may be requested to reconcile on a daily basis a network's activity as part of our direct support to strategic networks which has a direct impact on WU revenue growth.
  • Regarding Commission: guarantee monthly commission payment for Money Transfer product, reissue of commission checks, and investigation of outstanding payments.
  • Regarding Reporting: Set up and resend of Settlement reports required by our agents and networks to be able to reconcile their accounting books properly.

Additional tasks :

  • Assist Account Executives and Regional Directors in the implementation of new agents/networks to WU.
  • Participation in conference calls for resolution of inquiries or problem solving.
  • Proper handling of data reports to modify format, presentation, and identify settlement discrepancies.

Role Requirements

  • 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • B2 English Level
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge from Intermediate to Advanced is required.
  • Microsoft Office skills needed.
  • Knowledge in AS400 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Access, Share Point are a plus.
  • Business Administration or Accounting studies are a plus.
