Already working in an L4 role. Lean process improvement experience. Advanced MS Office experience (excel). Reporting and/or automation implementation experience. Customer Service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (managers, HRBPs, payroll). Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll and employee issues. Outstanding interpersonal skills : must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times-front line contact for employee issues. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills : accuracy is essential. Experience with HR processes and programs.

We are recruiting for a Pay Services Specialist.

At Pay Services we provide process and audit support to ensure global employees are paid accurately and on time. These services include administration of base pay rates, incentive and bonus programs, retroactive corrections, data audits, reporting, and time-off administration in non-CTK supported systems. Pay Services has centralized services in eight international locations and partners closely with Payroll, People Tech, other Lifecycle Services, and Site HR.

This position focuses on supporting the operation by analyzing the impact of new initiatives, mapping processes, creating and maintaining documentation, working closely with the program teams and management, supporting the implementing of new initiatives, and answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Payroll, Managers and Employees.

The specialist will also be responsible for managing workflow and day-to-day issues.
