The Global Occupancy Planning Program Coordinator will be responsible for program management that drives the overall process improvement within the Global Real Estate & Facilities Occupancy Planning team. These will include, but not limited to, technology transformation and data solutions, tool, templates, and process development, quality and best practices. What this job involves Ensure the quality and consistency of Occupancy Planning (OP) service delivery Uses and promotes technology systems to support service delivery and monitor the performance of the OP team. Ensure all standard operating procedures and processes are adhered too and reviewed regularly for improvement opportunities. Support development and delivery of global OP program initiatives as directed. Develop an understanding of the services provided by OP and bring best practices that support globalization. Ensure services are delivered in adherence to the contract and in line with KPIs/SLAs Partners & facilitates communication between occupancy planners, space planners, Business Space Program Managers, and other Global Real Estate & Facilities team members. Technology Proficient Ability to utilize software to support solutions and communicate ideas clearly with real estate team and lines of businesses. Proficient in Microsoft Excel i.e. (pivot tables, V-Lookups, cell calculations, formulas, etc.) Strong ability to convey recommendations and solutions in written format incorporating supportive data into concise presentations to client and OP team. Ability to work in all of the Microsoft Office suite software technology Conduct and actively participate in video conferencing meetings effectively Education / Experience Proven record of being solution oriented, bringing new ideas, and driving process improvement along with the ability to function within different tools & technology Fluent in English level (level B2 as minimum) 3-5+ years previous experience in project management with prior space/occupancy planning experience a plus Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, consulting/advisory work OR related field with a minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate environment.
