Product and Pricing Operations Specialist

Supporting the company’s Sales Teams, Business Units, Customers and Partners through the setup and pricing of software and appliance products in our Stack C systems. Includes working with product teams and pricing strategy representatives to identify the best way to structure products, maintain and update product structure and pricing and ensuring compliance with corporate and business policies. Ensures deadlines are met and day-to-day functions of programs and related projects take place as required.

Other responsibilities include leading or participating in the development of new capabilities and process improvement initiatives related to product setup and pricing. Interacts with company’s management, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across company’s operations organization.

• Manage the product and pricing setup for software and appliance products through day-to-day follow up on project/program roadmaps. Ensures the deadlines are met and day-to-day functions of programs and related projects take place as required.

• Work with product management, customer support, sales, contract operations, revenue recognition and finance stakeholders as part of program managing the product and pricing setup activities.
