My assistant needs to be on the ball, communicating clearly and efficiently. They're the bridge between me and the rest of the world, including the team and clients.

You're not just assisting; you're making things happen. You'll manage communications, keep our digital world organized, and ensure our projects are on track. You're the go-to for solving problems before they even arise.

About Our Company

I founded 10 Point Services in 2022 after working as an Electrician for over 15 years. We serve Greater Denver, CO as a commercial electrician providing electrical install, remodel, and upgrade services. We’re currently a team of 4 employees who all wear multiple hats. We’re proud of the work we do and treat our clients and customers like our neighbors.

What You’ll Focus On

General

  • Project and task management
  • Organization and maintenance of digital files and documents in OneDrive
  • Development and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaboration and alignment with team goals and objectives
  • Constant support of the CEO on his daily tasks and communication
  • Make phone calls and answer phone calls from clients and team members

Construction Management

  • Monitor and update licensing and insurance across 50+ jurisdictions
  • Material orders and tracking; match material orders with jobs
  • Schedule jobs with clients, general contractors, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Draft proposals based on scopes of work

Quickbooks

  • Financial tracking and categorization
  • Running payroll for employees and contractors
  • Manage time tracking for employees and jobs
  • Invoicing customers and monitoring accounts receivable

Note Keeping

  • Take notes during calls
  • Take notes during team meetings
  • Document processes as you complete tasks
  • Schedule calendar events for the CEO
  • Set meeting agendas for internal and external meetings
