About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integrations Developer who is an expert in integration software and strategy for B2B transferring. Our customers use Smartwyre to clean and align their data with industry standards. Your role is instrumental in transferring that clean data out to other business entities in the supply chain who make payments based on the accuracy of this cleaned data. You will work with IT counterparts at each of these companies to understand where the data goes, the format it needs to be in and other parameters that meet their needs. You will also work with our internal teams to understand the data that we collect, how it is cleaned and determine the best methods for creating reconciliation processes with our outbound partners.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain XML and EDI 867 integrations out of our SaaS platform.
  • Providing expertise on the best integration methods and recommending appropriate software for each connection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret XML and EDI 867 specifications to ensure seamless data transmission and integration.
  • Customize and configure B2B transferring software to facilitate efficient data exchange and processing.
  • Optimize integration processes for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure a smooth flow of data between systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations and technical expertise for integration strategies.

You will have proven experience in developing and implementing XML and EDI integrations along with experience in working with large-scale integration projects with established vendors with proven processes.

It's important you have a strong understanding of XML data formats, schemas, and specifications. You will be familiar with B2B transferring software and protocols used for data transmission.

We would need you to be proficient in SQL as you will be using this daily.

You will have an analytical mindset and enjoy interpreting complex data integration requirements alongside strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration-related issues.

You will be an excellent communicator and understand the importance of collaboration across teams.
