What this job involves We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Finance Analyst I to join our team: Location : Heredia, Costa Rica.
Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Work model : Hybrid (up to 2 days of home office).
Contract Type : Indefinite-term.
What is your day to day? Supervision of delivery of financial statements of external accounting studies Registration of income recognition. Reconcile billing reports, T&E, Payroll vs accounting. Analysis of the age of balances of accounts receivable, for the calculation and recording of reserve uncollectible accounts. Meet monthly and annual closing dates. Confirm dispute resolution with Payroll Corporate balances. Receive final confirmation from the Area. Compliance with internal control and revenue recognition policies and procedures. Services to internal customers. Reconciliation of balances. Prepare financial information reports to operational areas. Federal Income Tax Withheld.
Required 1-2 years of accounting experience. Office Package knowledge is required. Student of careers related to Finance or Administration. Intermediate level of English is a plus. Knowledge of accounting systems.
