This position will resolve low, medium, and high complexity user requests for Vendor Master File Maintenance, aligned to SLA resolution times and quality and control standards. Direct interaction with vendors and internal users is required for requests resolution and consulting.

Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Analyst in P2P area for the Operations and Compliance Team
  • Support audit requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to the standard operating procedures in line with internal controls.
  • Execution of monitoring of global internal controls.
  • Understand the process for balance account reconciliations.
  • Analytical skills to identify gaps, trends or needs based on data.
  • Other activities according to the need of the business.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2).
  • Able to communicate to users properly and clearly on the resolution of an audit finding and work on it until resolution.
  • Meet process service level agreements.
  • Able to easily adapt to a fast-pacing environment.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction (internal or external).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree or University in progress (Business, Finance or related degree, Accountancy, Economics).
  • Demonstrated strong ability to analyze and understand P2P SAP. (Deep knowledge).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced - intermediate level in Microsoft office.
  • Advanced - intermediate level of the English language.
  • Experience in P2P Audits and controls.
  • Two years of experience in accounting.
  • At least one year with P2P experience.
