As Advanced Auditor you will work with personnel across all functions of Kimberly-Clark and at all levels of responsibility. As an Advanced Auditor, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping our stakeholders solve their complex financial control issues from strategy to execution.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major/minor in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 3+ years of public accounting and/or private industry audit experience with knowledge of accounting, finance, and internal control areas
  • Experience working with big data and complex dashboards
  • Nice to have professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent) or working towards certification
  • Strong business partnering skills and experiences to drive and sustain globally consistent business processes.
  • Attention to detail and an orientation to deliver first-time / on-time quality
  • Fluent in English - Required
  • Nice to have experience working with SAP and Power BI.

What do you do?

  • Executes SOX compliance testing activities and project roles under the direction of lead auditors. Exercises initiative and judgment in executing audit procedures
  • Contributes to SOX risk assessments with some supervision/guidance
  • Provides clear, sufficient, and well-written evidence to support work, issues, and recommendations
  • Demonstrates basic project management skills regarding engagement notification, task assignments and monitoring, interim performance evaluation, coaching, and time management
  • Recognizes issues, problems, or opportunities and determines whether action is needed
  • Cultivates positive relationships with stakeholders and proactively builds effective working relationships with employees
  • Identify and recommend test approaches and tools to use during testing
  • Enhances current audit methodologies and recommends improvements to the process
  • Identifies opportunities to implement continuous monitoring of financial controls
  • Proactively seeks and embraces formal and informal peer coaching opportunities; coaches and trains entry-level staff about their roles and team goals
