Person hired for the Analyst role will play a key role providing accounting services, such financial information, analysis and guidance to different customers among the organization ensuring financial data integrity and accuracy.
Person hired for the Analyst role will play a key role providing accounting services, such financial information, analysis and guidance to different customers among the organization ensuring financial data integrity and accuracy.
Analyst responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following :
- Prepares and analyzes financial information
- Preparing and processing a variety of Journal Entries
- Variances explanation to cross functional accounting teams
- Handle and develop solutions for different inquiries coming from customers.
- Identification of efficiencies that will lead to savings in financial resources and time.
- Performing other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications :
- Accounting or Finance student.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- English (Basic)
- Proactive
- Work Under Pressure
- Team Player
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail skills
- Customer Focus and quality oriented mindset
- Adaptable to different circumstances, and dealing with ambiguity skills.
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- JED ERP working knowledge is a plus
- SAP ERP working knowledge is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
Follows a selected number of clearly defined procedures under general guidance. Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity. Prepares preliminary economic research, forecasting and analysis of financial information while working under general supervision. Responsible for specific elements in the preparation of financial statements.
