The Contract membership analyst position supports timely and accurate processing registration, contract membership changes and Customer Master Data updates.
Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Identification and maintenance of accurate customer identifiers (DEA, HIN, PHS ID, US State License Numbers and PR State License) to ensure direct order eligibility, wholesaler linkage resulting in accurate chargeback processing, payments, and contract pricing.
- Manage class of trade designation for each contracted customer through defined processes that ensure customers receive access to the correct contracts and to minimize risk of misclassified data for government pricing calculations.
- Support Chargebacks Team in identification of customer eligibility and resolution of disputes involving customer pricing.
- Accurate and timely processing of daily IDs, contract alignment and other facility details updates received from a different internal and external parties
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve eligibility disputes/issues and manage accuracy of system notifications to ensure contract holders and wholesalers are notified of contracted eligibility updates.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- University student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- High English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Intermediate Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- 1 year of experience in similar roles
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
- Experience working with Multinational Company and or Shared Services
- Contract Management and/or US Healthcare Services experience
- Availability to travel (Visa).
