Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Together with Governance and Engagement Team and other teams support Human Resources in the New Hires onboarding experience from creating awareness in managers responsibilities until onboarding sessions execution and creation/maintenance of Governance and Engagement materials.
  • Support in Let’s Talk sessions of the Hub and general communications to the Americas Regional Hub population.
  • Coordination of site visitors and the operational activities this would require.
  • Skill development, execute/cascade learning and development priorities, work with HR to create a basic curriculum for key roles of the Hub.
  • Support and/or Coordinate Cultural and Resilience activities for Haleon together with Governance and Engagement Team, Commercial, Fire starters, HR and Hub LT.

Basic Qualifications : We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Human Resources.
  • English level: advanced.
  • Excel level: Intermediate
  • 3 years of experience in Shared Services.
